Free trip to heaven -- Details inside
Free trip to heaven — Details inside

So many advertisements lure us in with promise of a free gadget or a free cruise. There’s always a catch, though. In this case, we all know the catch and the sign is just a cute gimmick to get us to like the church.

Administrivia: This message (though not this particular sign) is the one that started my Godvertisement collecting.

The Lord's steadfast love endures forever

Learn to forgive!
Learn to forgive!

Forbidden fruit creates many jams.

Oh, the pun-ishment on this sign!

Confess, my child. What sort of jams have you made from forbidden fruit?

Aspire to inspire before you expire
Aspire to inspire before you expire

What more can I say? Set an example, encourage others, lead more sheep to the shephard. Do it now, before it’s too late!

I lived two blocks from this church for 10 years and they never had anything interesting on their sign. It’s nice to see them putting up a Godvertisement for once.
