Change is needed for life

I don’t usually save these. This is really the title of the sermon for this week. It’s not actually a Godvertisement in the traditional sense. But I liked this one anyway.

It says change is part of life, man. Get used to it! Quit yer whinin’ and start adapting.

I took a leadership course where they explained that this is the difference between leaders and managers. Leaders embrace change and show others how to adapt. Managers resist change and try to keep the flock from wandering. The interesting part is when you try to manager a leader.
