What Would Jesus Do? Would He pray for guidance? Would He minister to the poor? Would He give to the needy? Would He lie to his mother?
Whether you believe in Jesus Christ or not, it is a useful exercise for you to consider how He would react in any situation. Then you can try to make the decision or take the action which Jesus would have done. As moral compasses go, He is the most accurate.
Where I live, these sorts of reminders are pervasive, whether it’s on a church sign or on the car behind you in traffic. Maybe that’s where we need moral guidance most of all.
